This is a bit hard to write - I absolutely LOVE this practice once you get in the back - the assistants and doctors are friendly, answerd all our questions, and helpful! I was ordering my meds through Canada and needed assistance every month from the girls in the back - they were always there to help. The only fault I find with this practice is the front desk - both checking in and out...you're lucky to get eye contact, let alone a smile or friendly ackonwledgment! I work front desk in a dental office and would never think to treat my patients this way - I would give the front one star and the back five - hopefully the Drs will get some costumer service training for their front desk soon...
